Last night after training, Tatum and I went to Blue Lotus. Some rp happened, one thing led to another, and then I declared war on the Blue Lotus Clan (~BL~).

So, we are now in a state of war.

* No KOS'ing. (there should always be rp before a fight)
* No Looting
*Do Not run away from a fight if one presents itself. Starting a fight is fine.
*Tokuno is considered Enemy Territory, which means don't go there alone. If you go there alone and are captured, it is your own fault and you may have to get yourself out of it.
* It is rply forbidden for civilians of the D|O to travel in enemy territory, unless on an official diplomatic mission, WITH guards.
* It is not forbidden for soldiers to go to enemy territory if they have permission by a general or higher rank. (Juks or Imryrr)
* Use the standard arpc ROE for other rules. If/ as it becomes necessary, their GM & I will get together for any adjustments/modifications to the ROE between our two guilds.

If you have ANY questions, no matter how small, ASK.
This is totally RP hostility. No ooc hostility exists, so lets keep it that way.
