Father,

Bree has gone too far this time in her treason and I was forced to take action.
She knowingly aided a non-ally with plans of conquest against one of our prime targets. A strategic target she knew full well the importance of due to her past actions. Because of her whispers into Ralph's ear, he now plans to take and hold Vesper.
I've had to make certain concessions with Ralph due to her interferrence. One, that he be her only suitor. Two, we aid him in taking Vesper..BUT, he agreed the populace will follow our laws and he offered to ALLOW us free passage there.

You will note the actions I've taken with Bree on the Report of Decrees I've sent amongst the brothers. I would have notified you beforehand but you were not to be disturbed and I had no time to wait before something else needed my attention. I had no intention of overstepping my boundaries within House Armunn. It became a Dark Order matter. List of Decrees

I am ofcourse available to you if you see it fit.
