I have been in Sosaria for a day now. Yesterday I told nuna that except for aunt Cat, I really didn't like it. There is alot to see and do but so much is strange to me. Fighting in the streets. People burning down buildings. Trash almost everywhere in the city I went to. I am beginning to see why having order is so important to big lands. Before, it was just told to me but still, on our small island I just didn't understand. Papa isn't just strong and smart. He is a hero having done the things I was told he did here. I guess without him here anymore, things have gotten terribly out of hand and chaotic.
Today I met many people in the town called New Haven. It's suppose to be a small town but it's so much larger than my villiage. I played while Juju got supplies and did other buisness. During my music lesson time, Juju said I could sit in the square and watch the people as long as I played my instrument. Someone else was practicing their music too. We sounded very good together. I made friends there. One of them is named Ryu. They taught me a new word. Semper Veritas. Ryu said I would learn what it meant one day.
This evening I snuck out of the house. It was very easy because nuna's runebooks were on the kitchen table. So I went exploring to each place until I got sleepy. The first couple of places didn't have any people. Just farm animals. But the third place was fun. It was a place called Lush House and I found out that thats where nuna's friend, Aulbrey lives. She only has one tooth but she says it doesn't hurt because she takes medicine all the time. My friends Ryu and the bald one were there too. Ryu is quiet alot but he's very nice. The bald one is rather rowdy and loud but he makes me laugh. Aunt Cat was there. She was with a friend of her's named mister Striker. Most of the time I drank milk but later Aulbrey snuck me some wine. It made me dizzy and sleepy so I came home after that.
