So, I have a PC for the first time in a long time and decided to reactivate my UO account. I'd really like to play my OES character Enoch but from looks of things OES doesn't appear to be very active. So, I thought I'd ask...are there any active players around with characters in OES?

Hey Enoch! Long time no see!

To the best of my knowledge (from outside of the game myself), OES doesn't have much of anything going on at the moment. Haven't heard much of the boards or ICQ from members.

That being said, Enoch doesn't need nobody telling him how to live his life pledged to Oblivion! Some of the best times I had on Izrem were when he was a loner, still driven by Entropy and the will of the Ebon Skull, but outside the strictures of the Order. Hopefully you find more of us around (who aren't just holding houses while they busy themselves with RL), but have fun in the mean time, maybe go check out some vampires or go corrupt another guild with your ideology.

If you want to locate some more lore from OES for your own purposes/RP you can always check on the Wiki here. Beyond that, you can send me a PM and I can just paste some of Izrem's old lessons/books/sermons to you and you can keep the flame going in your own way.

Until some of us manage to pop our heads back in, that is.

Izrem! Great to hear from you, dude. Your right, I don't necessarily need OES to be active in order to play the character. I just figured it would be easier to get back into the RP scene if I had some guild mates around, seeing as I've been out of the loop for a while. I'll take your advice and see what I can get myself mixed up in. Hopefully I can find a group that isn't opposed to hanging with necromancers. Let me know if you make it back in game at some point and we'll RP!

Also, good to see there are orcs around again. That always makes things fun!

You'll find plenty of places that accept eccentric necromancers. Or at least ones that act normal at guild events and family get-togethers. Just hold off on the baby sacrifice, the ritualistics murders and necrofaction of fellow guild members. At least until the GM gives you permission. Don't bother trying to convert Stonegate though. They don't drink our kool aid. They say it is full of cyanide or some such. Which is a total fabrication. We've always stuck to strychnine or arsenic.

Haha hey Beleth I think my sig might have caused some confusion. I'm not the same player as Dryzzid, I just haven't bothered to change the silly joke sig that a bunch of us were using for a little while before I left the game a few years ago. It reminds me of fun times but I guess I should probably take it down so people don't think I'm someone I'm not.
