I am planning to open the Bramble Rose Theatre to a monthly event. Improv poetry pits, skit contests, play productions, storytelling, or any number of other events. The theatre has been begging for a little use, and quite honestly I'm tired of its complaining.
I'll be holding a grand re-opening soon. I am open to thoughts, suggestions, and all manner of ideas. And all are welcome. The theatre is neutral - no ill will may be harboured inside. Feel free to contact me if you are interested in participating. Whether you love me, hate me, or just want to poke me with a sharpened stick, my home is your canvas. I have the stage - what I need are actors, storytellers, poets, and bards!
Thanks everyone, and have a beautiful day!!
Peace,
Cezanne |

Excellent idea! I'll have a fencepost installed on the stage and you can go at it! |

Yes We could work on a play called interview with the Mortal, and in the end the poor Mortal dies lol, I could get something going with this, wonderful, wonderful idea, and the fun if we could do this every month and let every guild from the ARPC have a rotation like a tavern night, just a thought Just let us know how we can help in any way if you need us  _________________ No bastard ever won a war by dying for his country. Yeah there is no way I would sit through a vampire play; I’ve seen the reviews;
(Review conducted by Siskle & Ebert)
*Insert Vampire play name here*
Due to low lighting much of the play was unseen; we were unable to hear most of the dialog due to the “coffin”. We would not recommend viewing by children due to the sexual nature, seemed to be a lot of making out and “necking!” Also the theater we were at to see this production was ill-suited, we constantly had to swat bats away. The cast playing the parts of the vampires were lacking “soul” to bring their parts alive, while human cast members were putting their “life’s blood” into their parts. During each of the play acts there were parts you wanted to sink your teeth into and follow the plot, but it ended up sucking.
We give it two thumbs down. Save your gold and go out and get yourself a nice steak instead.
*Please note this was done in jest and is not meant to offend anyone dead or alive* |

Omg that was the funniest thing I every read!!!! I laughed so hard I had a five minute coughing fit afterwards (getting over a chest cold ). The good side of that is I FINALLY got my cough to break loose the crap in my lungs. Oh if ONLY Mother Nature would make up her blessed mind on WHICH season Ohio is gonna have maybe half of us wouldn't be escaping to warmer weather while the other half hacks up their lungs. |
