|
The Den was dark, which was no surprise given the late hour. Willow, unable to sleep, carefully pulled the covers off and hoisted herself out of bed, careful not to disturb him. She opened the door and closed it gently behind her. She had an odd request not to mention who she needed to request it from. When she reached the living room, she located a sheet of parchment and a spare quill and ink. With great care and thought, Willow penned the note.
Dear Alexis,
Given the fact that you and I seldom see eachother outside of or clan functions, this note will likely be a bit of a shock to you. I need to meet you before our celebration. Only you can help me with this. I need access into the vault. Please let me know what is a good time for you, however, I stress again, I need this to be done before we start.
Thank you,
Willow
She quickly folded the note, sealing it shut. Willow walked outside the Den and beckoned the nearest white wolf and secured the note and sent the wolf on its way.
"Deliver this to Alexis as fast as your legs can carry you" The wolf took off as requested. Willow closed her eyes and took a breath as she opened the door and stepped inside.
"Please hurry" Willow whispered as she closed the door. _________________ Malorn ‎(12:14 AM):

Alexis stared at the request. The wolf stayed at her side, panting as though it'd run a mile. Raising an eyebrow, Lexi looked down at the wolf. "Give up the dramatics," she said as she set the letter down. Taking a quill, she wrote below the letter, only one small letter.

Giving the wolf the letter, she gestured for it to leave. Let Willow deal with drama puppy, she thought as she went to her quarters to find a set of keys. |
