The Atlantic Community Center project (not to be confused with the Atlantic Mage Tower Memorial) is drawing to a close. The proposal is finished and has been submitted for approval. The full proposal is available for viewing on the Stratics EM Forum.

Please take a few minutes to look over the proposal and post any constructive criticisms you may have. This is the final stage of this project. Criticisms will be taken and considered until September 17th, at which time a "production" draft will be sent to Mesanna.

We've worked hard to include most if not all the ideas taken from the "Mesanna's Blank Check thread" and we hope that the community finds the proposal satisfactory!
