As you approach the normal noise of Luna bank, you over hear a two men speaking of something to do with the expansion of Tokuno. Slowing to a halt, you slide of your mount and ask what they are talking about.

One of the men, easily recognizable as one of Tokunese descent, looks to you and says, "We were discussing the meeting that the Daimyo of the Shimazu Family is holding about the expansion of Tokuno." "What expansion," you reply. "What expansion? You have not heard? Come, follow me! Perhaps we can make it on time."

As you remount, you think to yourself there is no way you can make it to Tokuno in time for a meeting, but surprisingly enough, the man you follow rides out from the East Gate of Luna. Wearily you follow, though the dense trees and over the crystal fields. Almost as if he were using them for direction, the Tokunese man rides close to the mountains the whole trip.

After about fifteen minutes of fast-paced riding, you close in on a strangely looking Tokunese style building, hinted with influences from other nations. You once again slide from your mount and suddenly you realize that you are not alone in gazing; dozens of people are looking towards the building, conversing amongst themselves. As you look around to find the people who you might know, the front door of the building slides open...

Appearing from the shadows within another obviosuly Tokunese man wearing a gold Samurai helm and black hakamashita, steps forth, slowly until he reaches his destination: a gold podium. Slowly, he raises his hands in an attempt to silence the crowd. It is a success. He a opens his mouth to speak and he is speaking english, but with a heavy Tokunese accent:

"My friends, my enemies i thank you for coming and welcome you to Shimazu Clan manor house. Great honor i have in introducing this wonderful piece of wood to you all. You may wonder... why he has brought me here... why has he gone through this trouble to give speech... or maybe, why is there a Tokunese living in Malas? In time, i explain to you why. To your first question, I bring you here today, to inform you of my cause, my passion, my life: to improve the lives of my fellow Tokunese and in that journey, improve the lives of other nations."

"Tokuno, my heart there, is a limited thing. It has been used up. No more people can live in Tokuno. And growing up in those lands, i learned that they are afraid to I have forseen where this will lead; a independant nation that is behind on the world. This makes me sad. I will not let this happen. So i say, if people can not come to Tokuno to learn, why not go to them."

"And that brings me to my main point. You stand now in front of a new nation, known simply as New Tokuno. Before you is, with great difficulties, a legally acquired piece of land, purchased from the High Lords of Luna. Here, great history will be made with your help. Help that I need. I am but one man. I know nothing compared to the masses. So i ask those with knowledge of the Samurai way of life, to join me in my quest to help Tokuno prosper and those new to our ways to come learn with us. All nationalities will be accepted into our ranks to learn."

"And with that, we are done. I ask that if you have interest, send a hawk, pidgeon, dove or whatever you please to me with your questions. I will do my best to answer in timely manner."

And as quick as he closes his last sentence, he departs into the unknown and mysterious labyrinth that is the Shimazu Clan manor house. "This is making history!", you ponder to yourself.

"Could I make a difference to the Tokunese race?"
