Are there luck earrings in UO?

Good question.
The only earrings I've seen are the pre-patch old school jewelry with charges. I wonder if they can even be imbued, because I never see anyone even wearing them.

Unless something recent has changed, nope. Old prepatch earrings with spell charges or night sight earrings seems to be it. If there are luck earrings, they'd be something from an EM event, and even then I doubt it. Now, there are 'gargoyle earrings' which I think is their helmet slot, right? Those'd be gargoyle only though, so, yeah.

The only "special" earrings obtainable now that I know of are the earrings of protection, which you can buy from the code store, or a token can also be bought off of a player/player vendor.
