They should've used a sound clip from the world cup, I could still hear some teen angst through the swarm of angry bees. |

Vuvuzelas are awesome. They improve bad things. |

I had to watch Disney Tween "Dramas" while watching my niece and nephew yesterday and I was thinking.... "Damn, this would be so much better with a Vevuzela." Fits Twilight perfectly. |

We should all think that to ourselves during the course of the day. 'This would be better with a vuvuzela.' |

vuvuzelas: they own
I was up at my parents' house last week and found one in the garage that I bought probably ten maybe fifteen years ago, and was very happy. |

Trust me, even people who enjoyed the Twilight books (which I think is about 88% of anyone who actually ever read them) think this is funny as hell. I am one of those. Why? Because the psychological factor that made the books intimate and addictive is something that CANNOT TRANSFER TO A MOVIE. Especially with someone writing screenplays who isn't even qualified to write C grace fan fiction. I will watch the movies, because I want to see it brought to life. But so far they've been vastly disappointing. The movies have been RUBBISH and I've had the urge to wring the neck of every tweenie who sighs or squeals at the mere thought. I'm taking a Vuvuzela to Eclipse.
ON THE UPSIDE....I used to love watching the World Cup but had gotten to the point I could not STAND the angry swarm of hornets that came with it. Now I actually find it funny, it doesn't bother me anymore. Think I'd get fired if I kept one at my desk at work for when the girls get all wound up on their Twilight tirades? |

This link lost me a bet and I am not being forced to treat someone to Eclipse else risk my honor. I may sacrifice my honor.... |

YAY For sacrificing honour!!!
On another note, this has gotta be the funniest (and most accurate) reference to the Twilight Saga - ever.
(YAY for THE OATMEAL too....)
