*Late at night, a messenger in the traditional royal purple robe of Azeroth slips into the Dark Order's fortress, delivering a sealed envelope to Mave Gerhart*

It reads:

Honorable Lord Mave,

It is I, Duke Bailos with tidings of good fortune. Azeroth has found itself in an excellent position as of late. I feel, after conveining with my council, that it would be prudent for The Dark Order to save it's military resources and with-hold itself from the war for now. This is an excellent boon indeed. Please save your resources, we can handle the threat

We will speak again, very soon, of more plans. Until then

Honorably yours,
Duke Bailos Myrdra,
Empire of Azeroth

As Mave walks through the door of his keep, he hands his sword to his blacksmith servant.

"Sharpen this up m'dear, I seem to have notched it breaking through the shield of one of the Legion."

"Certainly my Lord" she replies as she walks to the smithery.

Later that night as Mave sits beside his fireplace, reading one of his books on weaponry, he hears a soft knock at the door. Slipping a dagger out from under his tunic, he walks to the door and opens it.

"Ah, a servant of Azeroth" he states upon seeing the man's robes.

"Yes my Lord" the man says. "I was instructed to bring this to you with haste."

With that the man turns and swiftly retreats back into the forest.

Mave shuts the door and with a fluid motion, slices the seal on the letter and returns the dagger to it's sheath. After sitting back in his chair and reading over the letter, he smiles to himself.

"Very well" he says to himself "If Lord Bailos wishes to win this battle on his own, I will respect his wishes."

Quickly he writes a letter, seals it and calls in a servant.

"Deliver this to Duke Bailos and no one else, in a hurry"

With that the servant dashes out the door and melts into the forest.

*Sealed letter to Bailos*

Lord Bailos, Duke of Azeroth,

As your ally, I will respect your request in this matter. May your victory be quick and complete. It is indeed a good turn that your army is now capable of such undertakings.

Do not hesitate to contact me if you have need.

With honor,
Lord Mave Gerhart
The Dark Order

Mave smiles to himself as he watches the servant leave.

"Well, it seems I will have the resources to turn towards other things sooner than I had planned..."

Chuckling low, he picks up his book and continues reading.

[01:48] Deathwisp: well I always rub the fuzzy part before I pull it off
[01:48] Mave: ...what?
[01:49] Deathwisp: you know, the fuzzy... nvm
