The notice is printed on simple parchment and is tacked to various boards and posts around the western entrance of Umbra and on several buildings upon Charnel Hill.

Attention Necromancers,

As many of you may be aware, the Gholxar'zheku has been dissolved as the Herald and Plenipotentiary Dealthagar prepares our Order for its next glorious step towards the perfection of Oblivion. Some have been taken aside and shall be used towards his new purposes, while the rest have been placed in my hands.

And I intend to put you to excellent use.

This Thursday, at 9 PM by the Eastern Sun, gather at Morn Cirith upon Charnel Hill. There are rituals to be completed and you are the hand of the Ebon Skull that spreads its sacred shadow across the lands. There shall be a meeting of the Sect and you shall be brought into the fold as our most capable arcane scions.

There is much work to be done. And I know you will not disappoint me.
