In as neat hand writting as he could muster Korin penned to scrolls and sent the snowy owl out to find his mother and his aunt.

You are requested to meet myself. At my home tonight after the services for Kelei. It is about time this family has a set down talk about what is going on. And where we are heading.

Merci read over the letter arching a brow.

Rather demanding of her son...

She smiled slightly.

Korin,

I will do what I can. However there is alot more family then just myself and Fiona these days.

Merci

Korin reads over his mothers reply. "Hmmmm better than exspected." he said to the owl as he penned another note and secured it to the owls leg.

Dearest Mother

I am well aware of the size of our family. If you would wish you may bring Bishimi your new husband as mater of fact I would like for him to be there for this matter that I need to talk with you about concerns him as well. As for the rest of the extended family at this point in time. There is no need to involve them just yet. I may need there help but for now the Problem that lies before us just involves the d'Rue's. well maybe Lexi too but I can only fix one problem at a time.

Love your Son

P.s. grandmother said to make sure aunt Fiona was there as well something about even if kicking and screaming you had to drag her.

Korin ducked his head forward as a strong gust of wind smacked him behind the head, as he wrote the last line. "What grandmother it will get her to smile picturing Fiona being drug kicking and screaming to a meeting."
Korin ducked again but raised up too fast this time only to have the wind smack him in the forehead.

P.S. disregaurd the first ps, Grand mother didnt like my joke. But do try to get aunt Fiona to attend it is important that I meet with both of you.

With a solemn expression she sent him back only the official d'Rue family seal back from her days in Umbra.

*Fiona read the letter and sighed heavily*

"He probably just wants to vomit his feelings all over us.", she thought, annoyed.

*Fiona wrote a vague response and sent her Dread Warhorse to find him*

Korin,

As you know, I have a very busy schedule.

Korin slammed his fist down onto his desk so hard that ice shattered. The tiny crystals sailed into all corners of the room. With one swipe of his arm he cleared his desk of all its contents. He held in his right hand the two replies from his mother and his aunt. Looking about the room he found two scraps of parchment that had not been destroyed totally. kicking the mess around the floor he found a quill. Having shattered his last bottle of ink he stabbed his thumb with the quill and wrote two identical notes.

MEETING CANCELED

Korin d'Rue
Bastard of Stonegate.

Korin shoved the notes onto his owls talons, You know where they go. The owl looked at him cocking his head first one way then another, before taking flight on silent wings.
