Due to threats made upon the Cappadocians, our family, friends, and citizens of Minoc:

Any gypsy or Umbran stepping foot on Cappadocian soil or the City of Minoc is to be escorted out of the territory limits immediately.
This includes the mining camp and gypsy camp.
Those who refuse to leave will be considered hostile.
Hostiles shall be put to death.

The Cappadocians do not take threats lightly.

Soren was on her way out of the Tavern in Minoc when she saw the postings regarding the Gypsies. "CAPPADOCIAN SOIL??????? WHAT ABOUT GYPSY SOIL??? I bet you, you scum of the earth, didn't think about that when you left our people to mix with the worms in the earth. I bet you didn't think about anybody but themselves. And that figures. You people seem the type to not think about anything but your own precious agenda." Soren's voice was high and filled with anger. "You want a fight?" She screamed into the town. "You got one."

Pain may have radiated throughout her wrist and face but for the time being Soren felt only anger and hatred. She was NOT going to lose her new found family and home.

Returning from Minoc after posting the Umbran Gypsy Decree, the messenger boy brings a copy of the Cappadocian Decree to Dealthagar, earning him an additional sack of gold.

The Herald reads over the missive, a bemused smirk crossing his face. "The self importance and insanity of ancient vampires never cease to amaze me. I wonder who Darrien will give the honor of diablerie to?"
