Malek sits in the Councilors Chambers and studies a map. The map looks brand new, probably crafted by the Royal Cartographer. As he studies the map he converses with the Warlord of the Shadow March, Londor Myrwood. “Londor, we must secure our trading routes to our allies.” I agree Overlord”, Londor replies. “I have been studying over the notes from our agent's and this map made by our cartographer. The Empire of Blackmarsh controls most of the land surrounding our base here. They have soldiers patrolling their lands and I do not want to send anything through there.” Malek explains. “Yes, any packages sent to our allies are not for anyone’s prying eyes,” Londor agrees. “Exactly, this is why I have chosen a location.” Malek points to a location on the map. “Here is where we will secure our route. It is just north of the city of Skara Brae. My agent's tell me it is controlled by Blacksmiths. I want you to assemble the men. I will tell the Council of our plans and send word to these blacksmiths to see if they are willing to come to an agreement for un-contested use of the moongate. If not, you know what must be done. Londor looks up and grins, “Yes Overlord what must be done.”

Londor leaves the Council Chambers and begins his preparations, Malek sits back in his seat and thinks, we must secure these land holdings to have a safe route to the allies.
