Why Sarian? Why make this move against Canada?

We are a country of love and trust. The conscience of north America. We would never leave weapons in the hands of rodents or miniaturize weapons so that they could use it. Clearly this is some sort of modification because I live in Canada and I've never seen anything like this before.

Uh, Bioware came from Canada. Y'know, that company that makes some of the best video games ever made, like Mass Effect?

But otherwise nothing good comes from Canada. Still... Bioware is pretty awesome, so that is kind of a big deal.
