A Royal Proclamation

To ensure the safety and the well-being of the Empire the Queen, Prince Najm, the Queen's Council of High Advisors and Leaders of the Trade have decided to close the Empire to all outside contacts. All trading, tourism and travel will therefore cease.

The Queen urges all to aid their brethren for this siege for it is unknown the length of it. Until the source and cure of the plague is found, Nujel'm will be remain a closed Empire.

If assistance is needed due to the shortness of this notice please contact the Minister of Trade and Commerce, Lord Krell. His office will oversee the Empire's stored goods be distributed for the needs of the Empire.

Many healers, of all races have ventured to the Isle to offer aid. Hospitals have been set up within the city. It is our hope they will remain unused but we must be prepared. If any symptoms fall upon a citizen, please seek out aid at the nearest Hospital.

Be assured that the Queen and young Prince are healthy and well. The send their personal wishes to all households throughout the Empire. It is with no malice or ill contempt that we issue this burden upon the populace but only out of the Grace of Authority that such a bold action is taken.

Take every precaution necessary and aid those less fortunate! The Empire will survive through this together!
