Figured i'd give a slight primer of what it means to enter into the "Entropic miasma" currently circling around Undead lands.
Essentially, if you are a lightbringer, you die instantly and we gain instant possession of your soul. Furthermore, anyone who casts necromancy is fully and entirely under our control for their duration of their visit.

If some people out there think these effects are a little "excessive" or "complete and utter bull crap", I have a second set of effects for you to use instead:

1) The palpable feel of dread, anger and hate, as mentioned in the IC post. If your character has any spine they should be able to act without this affecting them in an inhibitive way, but it will probably be at least slightly unnerving anyway.
2) If you are affected by any supernatural disease that is the result of necromancy or entropic magics, exposure to the field will worsen it. If you have found a way to prevent the disease from spreading through your person (if not cured it outright) then it should have no effect. This "effect" is mostly RP spice. If you are sick (with a supernatural effect as mentioned above) and decide to join a raid or enter the reach of the Entropy Field (i'll throw up a map later) you will be able to fight or act at whatever level you've decided your present sickness allows, but expect things to get worse.
3) Shrouding. There is a mist. It will "darken" things slightly. No affect on people, just "spookier".

That's about it. It has other "powers" but those relate more to the guild and how we intend to use the Generator for future plots we haven't made up yet. Essentially all its effects are just "RP Spice" and so has no "godmode affects" or grant us any actual power over anyone. If they are involved in a plot that has some express ability to do so, that is different. Otherwise it has not "power" over others. Umbra has simply become a darker and somewhat more sinister place for those that can tell the difference with this sort of thing.

Figured i'd clarify on this part as evidently there might be room for confusion. The quoted section above... see it? That was a joke. That is complete and utter god mode and as of such is in NO WAY an actual affect of the Generator. See the 3 points below that part on suggested effects, that I actually think are quite reasonable. And even then I stated ways of getting around them if you don't feel like going along with it. Your choice!

That is all.

how will the field affect other undead outside Umbra who choose to enter to visit? Will they feel its power?

I'd assume any undead would find it alluring, since it IS a manifestation of Oblivion's power. I can't speak for Izrem though.

As the power is Necromantic/Entropic in nature, yes, other Undead should find it quite comfortable. They might not be able to sense messages and whispers sent through the air as they lack the training/attunement, but they certainly could use the power as effectively as any SKL member could.
