It had been an exceedingly long amount of time, so exceedingly long that Davaran had begun to ponder on exactly what he had been doing over the past few days. These pondering were in stark contrast of his rather pleasant surroundings. Glancing about, he recalled he was within the city of wind, within it's bank, which, peculiarly, was arranged as a dinning hall. Across from his raised feet sat a chair, atop something wrapped in a belt and a table cloth, the name was past his lips before he realized it

"The Mirror of Morgaz."

Staring for a moment, he glanced down at the silverware on the floor and chuckled. The first thought that had crossed his mind during Barl's explanation of his watch duty was he acutely did not want to stab his own eyes out with Wind's rather poorly polished silverware. He chuckled yet again,

"Probably missing a point there.." he mused.

The entirety of the time since his Sire's departure seemed to be more of a series of items, rather than a series of days. Items in the conventional sense, and in retrospect his actions seemed more like items. Items, a long list of items, a chain mail tunic borrowed from Vian in case he were stabbed,

"blades or ice shards...same thing.."

Realizing suddenly he was tired and thirsty, he stood and made for a small basin of water, once again his mind made a needless and somewhat circuitous connection. Drops of water, things to think about, Barl, Sire, binds, orcs, drops of water in a basin without a stopper, awash in a sea of needless postulation and what he could only presume was, at this point, trapezoidal logic.

Walking back to his seat, he leaned back as the chair creaked in protest, tipping his hat down over his eyes, sleep creeping into the frantic tangents of ideas.

"Maybe I'll open a little shoppe..sell fine home coo-Yaaaawwwn-k'd vittles, knick-nacks..brick-a-brack..ancient artifact-"

Dav's mirth spilled fourth as he mind receded into a shallow sleep.
