Unfortunately this post is delayed by an hour, the gems emitting the curses are half-decayed. The idea is to allow people to play detective for a bit and try to figure out what is wrong. Those strong of will may find themselves less effected. The effect only happens if you step into the area, you may look around trying to find the cause. Or simply avoid the area until the curse has expired. They are actually tied to in-game items, so you can go and find them. If you do find them, the curse will still expire once the time is up. The spell's energy will be worn out. You are more than welcome to try and figure out the spell if you do find one. Darker individuals may attempt to reverse-engineer the gems for their own needs, while lightbringers may seek to imbue them with Virtue and goodwill to have an opposite effect.

The curses will be gone at 12:45AM eastern time.

Around south Sanctus, people may feel a sharp pain as they breathe. Elves in Sanctus would feel severe nausia. People around Ivory would find their hearing decreased.

Around north Moonglow, people would feel intensely horny, and not able to resist expressing their innermost fetishes. No matter how bizarre.
