This includes members of Skl who have been inside the Spire since she was put in there.

She has been infected with a contagious disease that targets humans and half-humans. The disease starts out like your typical flu, making your character feverish, dizzy, and causing sneezing, coughing, and a plugged up nose. Not long after these symptoms start, it begins to mess with your character's brain. Food would taste awful, your character would always feel cold, and any sort of touch would be perceived as pain. So lying down would actually hurt more than standing up, because more of your character's body is touching a surface. In fact, perhaps walking around is the least painful thing. How unfortunate doing so causes the disease to spread further skullbiggrin

Perhaps not all of the lesser flu symptoms would be prominant, if you'd rather just focus on RPing your character going out of their mind from a combination of fever and the mental effects of the disease.

This is a disease and not a poison, it wouldn't be curable with standard restorative magic. I have a few things in mind that would cure it and would be up for acting as a DM if people want to go and RP talking to healers and finding something that might help cure it. As long as it's roleplayed well and people have fun, I don't really care how people cure it. Just as long as it's something more interesting than "Oh I ate a bulb of garlic now I'm fine", or "I prayz to teh virchooz yayyyy instant heal!!!!"

If you are infected please post here, and let other people you RP with know that your character is sick so it can spread.

I hear if you take a leak on the shrine of Sacrifice it helps ease the pain.

It would be appreciated for all who come in contact with her to attempt to play along if you are Human or Half-Human. I know a lot of people are "lol i m pwrful and no diseez" but it has been a long-standing complaint that the community lacks opportunity for a lot of "cross group" players to get involved in things. Well, here is your chance to be involved that someone else has taken a lot of time to plan, setup and implement. Go for it! We're not going to KILL anyone's characters by doing this. Have some fun, enjoy some different roleplay. I can tell you from experience it is -very- refreshing and interesting and challenging to play a character crippled by injury or disease for a short period of time. You just might like the challenge!

I tried giving a few options for how to RP it too, because let's face it: RPing having the flu would suck. Perhaps your character can't sleep at all due to it, and starts seeing things. Perhaps your character becomes obsessed with trying to feel warmth again and becomes somewhat of a pyromaniac. Maybe your character tries jumping into a pool of lava or something equally suicidal. Since the resurrect spell works on ghosts and seems to just make you a new body, that could even remove the disease from your character. However suicide is never the answer, and would leave your character open to becoming sick again.

So I have question is ettins will be affect by it and no i am not going to pretend there humen cause that isnt my character. I mostly stay ture to my character.

Undead, full elves, and full drow would not be effected. While Kaelthir has created diseases that DO infect vampires, this is not one of them. I don't know enough about meer to really comment on them. Humanoids such as ettins, lizardmen, and orcs, well if you want to RP it go right ahead!

It's spread from human-to-human easily, right? Like if Tati had a conversation with Edda. Edda would get it. Then Edda would clearly give it to Takumi easily.

I wanna know how it affects meers so I can infect Arakad.
