A small boy wanders through each friendly city, posting the following announcements. For those less than friendly, he made a few into a few paper airplanes and ran near the vicinity, through them as hard as he could, then ran as fast as he could, leaving the scraps to fall as they will.

Moonglow Honesty Festival

Moonglow will be holding a small gathering in celebration of the virtue, honesty. All our welcome, but must abide under the one law of the land, Always Honest.

The day will be filled with a jousting tournament, a foot race, and a small scavenger hunt. Food and drinks to be provided.

Any questions, contact either Samon, Malicite or Yasamin for details.

Kinn ducked just in time.

On one of his nightly patrols of the Umbran shadows Kinn saw the boy running across the city's West bridge--away from the city. He was so transfixed on the odd sight of a young boy (obviously not a local) fleeing the city that he didn't notice that the boy threw something into Umbra. The airplane nearly hit Kinn right between the eyes.

He reached down to pick up the paper instrument of death so deftly wielded by the strange boy.

It was only upon closer examination that Kinn realized he was holding an announcement.

Moonglow's having another festival, heh?, Kinn thought to himself as he read the message.

"Cursed Humanists and thier celebrations!" Kinn spat the words outloud causing a few nearby locals to cast curious glances in his direction.

He angrily crumpled the paper into a ball and tossed it to the ground. Kinn new one thing for sure, HIS kind certainly weren't welcome in Moonglow and this was one celebration he would definately be skipping.

Kinn took to the shadows once again, intent on finding the boy messenger and teaching him a thing or two about thrown objects.....

Edda made her way from the tea house to the bank, stopping to notice a parchment stuck to a cherry blossom tree. From where she was standing she could already see "Moonglow" in huge letters. She chuckled to herself and thought, 'Must be another fashion show or singles mixer'.. Pleasantly surprised from reading the rest of the poster, she made a note in her mind to attend that one.
