A sealed parchment is placed at the appropriate spot at the Temple of the Spider Queen. It is addressed to The Matron and bears Kinn's mark.

I have pledged to keep you informed and so I have information for you that you may find interesting.

There is a strange woman sneaking around Umbra lately. She meets with officials from the Umbran leadership and has at times been accompanied by a male counterpart. The woman's name is Jessie, her partner's name is not known to me....yet.

I confronted her on the bridge leading to the Drow Quarter today. She made some outrageous claims and acted in a most unexpected manner when facing a Drow Assassin. She claimed her presence and her "mission" in Umbra were known to high ranking Drow. I personally feel she was bluffing. She strikes me as yet another example of how this new Umbran government completely disregards our presence in the city and our authority. She is in league with them and I believe her to be a threat, my Matron.

Arriving to the temple for her daily praise to the Goddess, Kal'iksix spots the parchment and smiles. "Well well, at least HE listens", she chuckled as she read the note. Kal'iksix's eyes went to instant rage as she read about the woman in the notes. Quickly she penned her reply in long decorative script.

First of, well done with keeping your promise to your Matron, you should be commended. Secondly, the woman in lying. I shall speak to another about the disrespect she giving us, she will learn her place and stay out of the quarter, if she values breathing.
