Entry One.

Today I returned to Trammel, stepping foot upon Glow soil after nearly five years of self imposed exile. There, standing at the gate I came across a young woman of exquisite beauty named Yasamin. It is here, after a brief conversation that I found out the Council has reformed, under new leadership. Offering my blade to help Moonglow, once again I follow the path of my blade and not my heart, I was accepted into the ranks of the council as a Militiaman.

It did not take long before I was brought before the Mayor and his General, they seemed like decent folk. Through the jest and common courtesy one could still see the respect held for each other. They are like a family, it will be a change to belong again .... How long ago has it been now, since my family was brutally killed? Should my past be realized it could ruin everything. One prays to the virtues that old secrets stay that way.

As the General has said;

Semper Veritas?

Entry Two

I encountered more of the council this day; my Sergeant; Aristokrati. The Minister of Commerce; Branwen. and a Private by the name of Enoch. The General Sortok and the Lady Yasamin have been more than accommodating as they put my blade to use in the city upon Verity Isle. It almost feels welcoming; a portion within me wants to believe that this could be more than simply a passing grace. I paid a farm hand well; its the gold I have plenty of. Taking up homage within his spare room near the city, having lived off the land for the last few years it will be nice to have a roof over my head. As I tried to explain to Yasamin; I never liked teleporting from place to place, I yearn to have the ground at my feat ... not dematerialized and put back together. Traveling by the markers of the island are not my preference, and currently I'll continue to travel by my steed - and besides the island is not that large, traveling from point to point you miss out on the beauty that Verity holds.

I could feel a disturbance tonight, and I knew then that my brother was distraught. The demon within him grew and his anger seemed to fill into myself; so much so that I cracked the desk the farmer loaned me to write upon, as I gripped it to maintain my own control. My brother will kill I am certain - to vent his frustration. And I'll pay the farmer for the damages, perhaps purchase a stone table next time.

Semper Veritas.
