Dearest Arahim,

Please, forgive my absence the past couple of weeks. As you know, I have always been up to my neck in the duties involved with the task of restoring fair Magincia. As of late, my duties have doubled. The recent illness and long recovery of Lord Isk has kept him from his offices. Walter being a man of action, it has fallen to me, as I am trained as a scribe, to oversee the daily paperwork in Lord Isk's convalescence. I have been pushing myself to get most of the work complete so as to free up more time with you. It seems to have finally paid off, as I am free for a couple of nights this week. I cannot wait to see you again! Thinking of you and us has helped the time pass faster and made this work easier to complete. I also have the most wonderful news to share with you! I will be by this evening, I can hardly wait!
