Drayden was sitting in his study when the shade appeared, he had some recent reports that needed reviewing. Information never seemed to stop. The Drow did look up from his work as the thing hissed. "Thank you." He took the scroll and waved the shade off. Carefully he unrolled it and read the message within.
I must take this to the Matron...
Drayden quickly cast the spell to carry him to the Matron. He was sure she would be pleased...

Drayden approached the Matron on her dais and bowed. Kal'iksix smiled at his loyalty. He spoke of a message he had received and handed her a scroll. Kal'iksix unrolled the scroll and read the note penned in Drow and smiled, knowing exactly who it was from without looking at the signature. She looked at the bowed head of her minion and smirked.

"Drayden, you will meet with the Dark Lady Kelly and offer whatever service she asks of you. And DO NOT make the same mistake like Moonglow." Drayden nodded and Kal'iksix glided to her throne and penned her reply.

Dearest Dark Lady Darkhaven,
Here is my male to be used to your discretion. He is one of my most loyal males as well as the most stealthy. He has direct orders to follow whatever orders you give him without question. Any failure will result in the utmost punishment. Use him well.

Yours in the Goddess,
Matron Kal'iksix
Qu'ellar d' Alean'und

She rolled up the scroll, sealed it with a spider, and slipped the scroll into Drayden's hand.

Drayden spent a few moments speaking with his brethren, listening to the events that their outfit had learned of. Lately, it seemed that the Drow knew most big news before the rest of his House did. But he supposed it would have to be that way, perhaps it was better. A few hours later he left the Matron's chamber, heading to his quiet keep in the desert to magically deliver his Matron's response to the writer of the letter. Perhaps this opportunity would prove more fruitful than the operation in Moonglow. As he walked inside he could feel a warm trickle near his lips. The Matron certainly had a way or rewarding loyalty. He wiped the blood from his split lip...
A suitable punishment for my carelessness, though thats just the beginning most likely.
Moonglow was still on his mind. While the mage had not totally ceased his operations there, he still had a few contacts that needed to be debriefed. The Humanis threat in Moonglow would be watched and dealt with accordingly. The thoughts of fighting the growing number of Humanists in the realm made him smile, he could feel the chaos within him stir with glee.
We will watch them, obviously there is another enemy to be dealt with, Humanis doesn't only reside in Moonglow.
The request for his expertise however was likely to involve a far more dangerous enemy. Nothing cause the Drow more anger than the self righteous fools who cling to their old ways and old codes that were ignored.

(Edit: So it would sound better.)
