Rhiannon eyed the reluctant wisp as she unlocked a crate that was stuffed in the back of the closet. She began digging around in the crate, grinning the whole time. The wisp fluttered around and squeaking, "Not going...messaging...days...OVER!"

"Ah ha!" Rhiannon exclaimed, finding the pouch she was looking for. She turned to the wisp and said, "Come here, little fella. You'll like this..." The wisp approached her slowly, and once he was within arm's reach she sprinkled onto him a small amount of silver dust that she pulled from the pouch. The wisp sneezed a few times and suddenly began zipping around the room, "Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! Whacha need Rhi...whacha need??? Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!"
Rhi giggled quietly and began whispering her messages to him.

Head Constable Spawn,

It may please you to know that you should begin your duties as Head Constable of Moonglow, immediately. We should meet soon to go over a few things. I look forward to working with you! Good day, sir.

After speaking with you, I spoke with Lord Sarian and Lord Spawn. Spawn has accepted the position as Head Constable, and Sarian approves of the transition. I will be meeting with Spawn soon to get our ducks in a row. Good day to you, Mayor.

I have chosen Lord Spawn to be the Head Constable of Moonglow. He will be entrusted with a great deal of responsibility and discretion in the Constability, serving second only to me in the division. His extensive experience as a man of the law is more than impressive. He is an excellent choice for the position. I hope you are doing well. Good day to you, Vargus/Yasamin.

Yasamin watched the little wisp, laughing joyously. She sprinkled a little flour on the floor and grinned, watching the little wisp play, making a fun little mess.

It's good to hear. I'll be sure to direct all matters of security to him. there are things in Moonglow that probably will require his attention soon.

Spawn sat in his home within the Malas mountains deciding how to reconstructhis manor house in Sanctus. On his desk inside the study were numerous drawings scattered as he glances at each one. He was searching for new ideas for the manor home to suit his needs. Suddenly, a wisp who seemed to be crazed as it zipped around entered the study where Spawn and gave him the message from Rhiannon. All he would do at that moment was give the wisp a small nod before walking out of the study leaving the drawings and the servant helping him behind. A few hours later, Spawn returned to his study but this time taking out a piece of parchment and a pen. With that, Spawn began to write the following:

Minister,

I have received your message from your wisp and am honored to be named Head Constable of Moonglow. I shall begin my new duties starting tomorrow night. In the meantime, I shall wait for the right time and place for you to meet with him to discuss this new position further. I as well look forward to working with you again. Good day to you Minister and thank you.

When he was finished with the letter, he gave it to one of his servants and instructed him to bring it to Moonglow. The servant nodded and made his way out of the house heading towards Moonglow to find Rhiannon. After the servant left, Spawn sat in his study to ponder his new positions and the responability that was now bestowed upon him.
