Rhiannon's favorite wisp scurried out her door, muttering and obviously displeased. His frustration gave way to anxiety as the door closed behind him. "Last time wasn't so bad...maybe this will be the same," he thought, trying to soothe himself.

It carries the following message:

Sarian,

Good day to you. I wish to speak to you about a mattern concerning the Constability. Is there a time that we can meet soon? It should not take not long. I hope all well on your end.

Sarian stood firmly on the bank roof. His gaze covered the surrounding area. Moonglow was increasing ever so quickly, its glory was unmatched. Patrols had been on the double and the amount of recruits training was more than ever. In the distance he saw a wisp approaching him, reluctantly.

The wisp finally made it to Sarian. The Guard Captain read the note and made his way to the inside of the bank to pen a reply.

Dear Rhiannon,

I'm quite intrigued to hear what you have to say regarding the position of Constable. I think the last person to occupy it was Spawn, before he retired. It'd be nice to see the laws of Moonglow being advised a bit closer. The current busling of citizens and soldiers would give the Constable plenty to keep his plate full.

I'll meet with you anytime this afternoon or eve. I'll not be far from the Headquarters nor the Bank.
