Matriarch,

It is with reluctance that I write this letter, but it seems wrong to neglect doing so.

Some things have come up, and I feel it is imperative to take a leave of absence until I am able to get things straightened out. The reality is, I have been in desperate need of some time for quite a while now and perhaps it is time to take my healer's advice and focus on working these things out.

Hopefully my leave will be brief. I will keep you apprised of the situation should it change.
