Jerrick took his time getting to the bank in Vesper. The recent months had been quiet, that
is until a certain Drow he thought dead resurfaced. He stopped in to visit with the banker for
a few moments and dropped off a letter sealed with a crimson "S". Jerrick also left explicit
instructions that the letter was to be given ONLY to Lord Drayden himself. The banker nodded
quickly, quite used to the Drow passing messages through his hands.

Lord Drayden,
I have made all the necessary preparations. I believe that most of those who have worked
with me in the past are either arrested, dead or missing. I have rounded up a few of the old
team to continue the work on this newest endeavor. I will meet you as discussed in our
previous correspondence. Please inform our mutual friend that I will be seeking a meeting
with him soon enough.

I don't usually say this about black skinned elves, but its good to know you're still in this realm and alive.
The same can't necessarily be said for the rest of the Syndicate, but you live and learn. Or
you just die in the process.

Regards,
Mr. Stark

Drayden arrived at the Vesper bank later that evening to secure a few items he was carrying
on him. His meeting with the Matron and their associates had gone well. As he walked inside
the banker approached him and handed him the sealed letter then promptly doused the candles
and headed home to sleep.
He noticed the crest sealing the letter. The crimson S glowed faintly only to his eyes....
Well, I guess Mr. Stark has been busy...

He undid the magic that sealed the letter easily, and took a few moments to read it. Quickly he recalled
to his desert home and sat at his desk to pen a quick reply:

Mr. Stark:

I am quite alive and well. Though after my tenure of enduring unspeakable pain I must say that I
am surprised to be writing this letter to you now. We will speak more of this tonight. We will meet
late at the proper location for such matters.
Do not worry yourself over those who were too weak to stay out of the present Authorities hands,
nor the ones that have passed. I am sure the ones you have gathered will suffice for now.

I will speak with you in person this evening.

Signed,
-Calamyr-
