Lord Regent,

The Ildaw family bids you greetings, in hopes that this letter finds you well. We've met only once, on the eve of your coronation, but as Britain's noble son ever am I watchful of all that you do for Britannia.

I feel that against these waves of relentless darkness you stand statuesque, solid and unmoving, and Britain thanks you for it.

But how, I ask, are even the greatest of men...to stand against enemies who throw themselves at you like dogs, without the slightest hesitation?

My answer Is simply because we are Britannians through and through, a dying breed who can do what it takes.

Lord Regent, I am a man of Britain. I am prepared to do what it takes.

My family and our business do not have many a sword hand to offer, but we do have the resources to fund this war.

I would like to offer a donation to your cause, the cause of our great city. I offer gold, and the promise, of any particular item I find that I beleive could aid your front.
