An envelope, sealed neatly by wax with a faint hue of Moonglow blue, rests on the steps of the Blue Lotus dojo. When opened, the following can be read:

Bishimi,
I am in need of a few words with one of the Blue Lotus, concerning the Lotus' recent interest in some of the residents of the fair city in which I dwell, and I have been informed that you are the man I should speak to concerning such matters. I would be overjoyed if you could spare some of your time, so that you and I could have a small meeting, and discuss this matter humanely. My office is located directly north of the Lycaeum in Moonglow, and if you were to reply to my letter, you may leave a note there.

I have recieved your message...when you wish to speak with me stand to the east of the Lycaeum for a period longer then five minutes. My men will be watching and take it as a sign of your wishing to meet.
