Yes, I've been away for a while becoming a paramedic, so I'm a bit (more like "way") out of the loop.

Would any of you kind people care to update me on the political climate in Vesper?

Do the Guardians of Vesper still rule there? (I don't even know if the ARPC/FAR split still exists!) Is there another guild in charge? Has Vesper been involved in any major events over the past real life year or so?

Just trying to figure out where things stand.

Also, feel free to offer up a brief summary of the political situation outside of Vesper if you so choose.

I understand Sanctus and Umbra are still going strong and are important players in the "Good vs. Evil" conflict. Are there other major players out there? Is there still a Regency?

Pretend I know nothing. *grin*

CAP? Sorry, I should prolly know who they are! LOL

Are they in Vesper? Do they work with other "dark" guilds?

CAP is near Vesper, though I don't think they control it. They are Minoc based. They do have housing between Minoc and Vesper, though.

They work with other Vampiric guilds.

FAR is no more. The Regency is no more. We now have the Protectorate. That's all the input I can offer, the rest I would just be guessing.
