A Dark Clothed Messenger visits each Tavern and Bank, accompanied by a Herald; they place a parchment on the wall and make the following announcement.

Ay-Yah! Ay-yah!

For High Crimes against the Cappadocians and the Attempted Murder of two Diplomats the High Council of the Cappadocians has issued an order for the arrest of; Isk the Magnate, Governor-Regent of the Protectorate and King Talon Skyfire of Sanctus.

The High Council has authorized a reward of One Million in Gold for each of these despicable individuals if brought ALIVE to the jail at the Bloodletter Headquarters located west of Minoc at the Compassion Desert.

Night had fallen on location of the poster in West Britain and the only sounds in the black inkiness were thrice, and as follows.

The Flutter of a cloak

And the figure was gone.

The sound of scribbling.

And Isk wore a mustache.

The sound of hysterical laughter.

And thus, multiple murders and injustices were satirized.
