It's been AGES! and I seem to have lost contact with everyone! I'm curious to know where all the old OES'ers are! Come on.. out of the shadows with your dark and twisted selves. Give me an update. I want to know where you all are!

As for me.. I'm in limbo. I haven't been in anything since WoW and I've been anxiously awaiting the arrival of Warhammer Online... and contemplating a return to UO.

Curious about everyone else too, but I can't be bothered to read through these forums. I don't recognize half the names I see. (I said it's been Ages!)

Anyway- Looking forward to hearing from some of you. IM on ICQ if you like.. the number is still the same (150551774)

Walk in Darkness,
Kearia. Nathalia. Mehalia.

And probably an assortment of others.

Oblivion's faithful are around, in small numbers though. We have a guild, Morg, but I'm the only person in it who's active (And even then, not usually on that char). Admoreth, Darrien, Ekoth, and Isil are busy with real life, and I think Izrem decided we're all noobz and is partying it up with his orc.
A lot of what we do is very secret too, it's back to being Skl sort of.

The other remaining half of OES started a guild that now runs Umbra, :U:. They're a necromancy guild led by Ceinwyn, they don't really give a rat's ass about Oblivion and are more in it for their own growth and power. My interactions with them are fairly limited, but the guild doesn't seem bad.

It's good to see old faces show up again though. How's life doing for you? I still have the /color IRC macro, too bad nobody uses IRC anymore. Making people blind was fun :3

..."Rubbish"? Seriously? Rubbish is the filters replacement for the word that usually comes after holy?

That's going to give me a meth addiction.

Aras is still around. Sort of.

...I just realized that I've literally lost a character.

But yeah, Aras still exists somewhere.

I miss OES and all our fun and drama... best RP I have ever seen or been involved with online.

Currently I am playing WoW on the Spirestone server Alliance side...

I held out great hope for so many games, the only two that have kept my attention for longer than a month or two were WoW and UO. I do alot of beta work, the WoW expansion looks amazing by the way, the new lands are VERY rough and brutal. Every other beta I have played has simply made me not want to play the game.

Maybe WAR will be different, but no open beta = hiding something in my book.

I check the OES website every so often, to no avail

I had heard OES was on the Aleria server in WoW at one time, but I think they have long disbanded.

We are in the wind I fear.

Well, I tried the WAR beta, not too good IMO only good thing about it is the RvR system and the siege system. WoW still needs to give RPers their own realm and watch it to ensure that non-RPers do not harass the RPers. However, I do not know anymore, I tire of playing as a, "good guy" I am ready for the death knight class. That is where Raje will return more than likely.

Warhammer Online looks like it's more solid than AoC, but they ripped so intensively from WoW you may as well be playing WoW because it has more features.

And what sort of traitor would play ALLIANCE!?!? Mr.T can joke about his night elf mohawk all he wants, but nothing beats forsaken mohawks skullmad

As for OES, it was and still is some of the best RP I have. The great thing about it is the lore is so rich, I don't need a guild to RP it. Etheng, brotha.
