My mom needed gifts, so I made cakes for her. Mini gift size cakes. As well, last night I made a battenburg.. Well, it turned into 3 of them, which she will be giving away as gifts too. Behold, cake!

This is the battenburg I made last night.

This is what I spent my day doing today!

They're so tiny and cute :3

Bonus cake pictures!
My brother's birthday cake last year: Warcake, Scourge edition-- Frostmourne Hungers!

I made it like cutting into a body, I made organs out of jello and carved bones out of white chocolate (including a spine! A hollow spine that I made spinal fluid with out of pudding!).

There needs to be a Vancouver meetup ;(

You could probably get famous making those horror themed cakes. You are very talented at it! This thread reminds of this baker that got famous making sexual themed cakes.

Have you considered opening your own bake shop?

I've considered it, but it's hard getting money in that business. If I did open my own bakery, it'd be after I have earned money at a more secure job first. And if I went to work as a baker or decorator at some place, I'd be making barely over poverty line. frack that.
