Our Esteemed Citizens,

His Majesty, Prince Garnier wishes to inform you that a large shipment of the narcotic substance known as "Utopia" will be moved across the city of Britain tomorrow at the ninth hour after noon and in order to provide for it's security and the security of the city's citizens there will be a one hour lock-down in effect. All travel in, out and around the city will be suspended. It is His Majesty's suggestion you remain within your homes during this time. The drug will be stored at a secure vault for research purposes and in a legal and sanctioned study by the Royal Council.
