For some odd reason I cant get a patch when I call up the game so how can I do it manually

You can't actually do it manually. You'll have to set all of your firewalls to accept UOPatch.

delete everything in your patch notes folder and try again, if that doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall.

willy, before you uninstall send me the file in your UO directory called patchlog after you fail to patch.
