She was laughing, doubled over laughing as she never had before. What is so funny Mum? Nyxy asked as it seemed her mother just wouldnt stop laughing.

Out of Shades hand fell a rather brightly colored poster and Nyxy gasped.
Mother this isnt good, first Lycans now vampires!

Shades response was to fall on the floor laughing hysterically even more.

Nyxy frowned at her in irritation, Tyranis stared at them both in irritation, more like Myrddin every day. Where did she get this? With a sigh of disgust he grasped the poster and turned leaving the house as quietly as he came. He would take it to father...

The veil of the lab swept open, as, in his long gaunt, Jonathan Strathmore strode through, a rolled parchment clasped in his crooked hand. Bumping into Aggie, not entirely accidental, he pushed her slightly aside from where she viewed her malfigured rat.

Without a word, he unfurled the parchment and laid it flat on the table before her.

With a sly smile, the smile Aggie always smiled, she turned her eyes to Jon.

"I've never known a locked door to stop me."

With a smirk, and nary a word, he rolled the propaganda back up and slipped it away under his desk.

Frowning, Ceinwyn read the message and examined the illustration. The antics of the Cappadocians were certainly public now. They would bring down every vampire hunter in the lands on their heads for their own lack of self-control.

Indeed, this somewhat usurped her own plans, and she became increasingly annoyed. Not all vampires were as these impulsive and reckless Cappadocians. It is no wonder that she had heard rumors of their extinction on other shards...

Smirking, Ceinwyn decided to leave this poster up, in the off chance that a non Umbran vampire might see it. Her own kinsmen knew better than to broadcast publicly what they were. Too, she she took a small egotistical comfort in suspecting that Lord Isk would not bring this war to Umbra.

She had her own agenda to push and she harbored a small hope that this war would not thwart it. If need be, she might consider lending her own clansmen to the protectorate, for a small time, that is...

Myrddin rose from his desk and the documents upon it to greet the younger reflection that was his son. They both nodded curtly, as soldiers would. The purposeful air of duty was thick in the war temple, Tyranis handed the scroll to Myrddin and spoke without being asked.

I suspect you were right. He's already trying to use his influence to hang people. And it doesn't look beneficial to us.

Myrddin Nodded to his son once again and leaned back against his desk slightly, dropping the parchment over it. He looked to Tyranis.

That's why I held last nights meeting. I'm ahead of him by a day, next time we'll see that its better than that. I want all reports to the war temple or the sepuclher routed directly to me. I want them in my hands as soon as they are written. Keep your eye out for messengers. I need to go speak with the Umbran Leadership Core.

Yes Sir, responded Tyranis. Permission to organize a patrol covering both areas?

Myrddin walked toward the teleporter that would take him to the ground floor and shoved aside the dark flag blocking its entryway.

Granted.

Lotte stared in horror at the picture, her brown eyes widening in fear as she stared at the blood red poster with the extremely scary vampire.

I don't have a door. I need a door. Why didn't they give me a door? I wonder why most doors are made of wood and not steel? Should I get a steal door?

Her eyes fell back to the poster and she focused her thoughts again. That is a very scary Vampire. I bet it will do mean things and also hurt me and also make me stop singing, and then I'll be sad and...
Her eyes went back to the poster.

That's right. I need a door. I don't know this vampire. I bet he'll hurt me. I'll ask Ary. Yes, Ary will help.

With a feeling of accomplishment, Lotte picked up the poster, and headed to Ary's to show her the grotesque figure.

As Ronin walked through The Cappadocian Library kicking aside what once was a valued collection of books and maps but now was nothing more than chard trash, clinching tightly in his fist a red colored parchment he had removed from the sign post outside his anger grew.

Unable to keep his composure he spun around, grabbing Gunnar by the throat.

"It was your responsibility to keep this from happening"

At that moment Lord Marius came into the room, looking to Ronin he said in a stern tone.

"Control your anger old friend, they will pay..... they will all pay"

Zeth was taking his morning stroll thourgh Yew, The poster caught his eye. After reading it he tore it down. He held the poster up and read it again.
talking to noone but himself as being no one was up at this time of the morning. " Different Reagent, Different set of fears!"

He tucked the poster in his belt and headed for home. His mind worked fast and hard, he kept repeating over and over in his head the words "balance"
