To all those it may concern,

Any protectorate cought in Minoc, will now be arrested. You will searched and anyone uncorporative will be hunt down, and drained of blood to weaken your spirit. You have made a great mistake in trusting Isk to lead you, now you will feel the full vengence of what vampires will do to your mortal kind. You have a meeting July 6th, well don't be suprised if some vampires decide to show up. Maybe you can tell us how your campign will go in person.

As always your tactless and daft means of political communication is proof that age does not always carry with it intelligence and wisdom.

The City of Britain, where Protectorate meetings are held is operated by myself.

You would, arrogantly, without any mind to the political climate of our mutual world transverse like a fool into peaceful assemblies and constructive meetings to much like the gorillas one finds on the tropic islands pound your chest and speak in poorly masked allusion.

Your kind, that is Vampires are not welcomed in the city of Britain. Do not personally insult me yet again by violating a sacred law that has held sway in Britain since Lord Stormcrow himself wore the crown of Regent.
