Matriarchs,

I haven't spoken to either of you in quite sometime. Not for any negative reasons. I enjoy each and everyone of my chats with the two of you.

I come to you now, requesting a favour. Our youngest daughter Braelyn, has gone missing. I do not expect she's run away and it'd take a very clever person to kidnap her. I've given it a week and she still hasn't returned. I'm forming scouts to scatter and search for her.

I simply ask that Moonglow soldiers be free to roam Umbra. They will mind their p's and q's, as I've always asked them to. I don't expect either of you to fret, this child wasn't an Umbrian soldier. Nor do I expect you to understand how I feel in this situation.

Please allow myself and my scouts to cover your part of Malas in search for my daughter.

Write me as soon as you can.

A letter arrives via wisp stamped with the Umbran Coat of Arms.

Beo,

I have children to. Your soldiers are always permitted as long as they do not disobey the laws of Umbra. Secondly if the perpetrator turns out to be a citizen of Umbra they are to be brought before Umbra, We will have to work together in this matter.
You have full leave to search public areas of Umbra. However keep in mind that any internal searching of homes, or private businesses will not be allowed without specific Umbran permission. If you beleive with good reason that your daughter is being held in an Umbran home please contact me.
Make sure your men, whom I am given to understand some do not like Umbra or its citizens are under the supervision of upper officials when conducting their search so that there are no instances of misplaced anger. I ask mainly that you treat Umbra the same way you would want us to treat moonglow if our roles were reversed.

Ceinwyn sifted through the old correspondence on her desk. So much paperwork and planning had piled up on its surface while she had been occupied.

I'm sure that Merci has handled all of this already...

She gathered the papers up in her arms and made her way to the pit, where she let them fall.. all fluttering down into the Void and its inky blackness.
