Lord Thrax,

Enclosed is a legal document to be served to Lord Isk post haste. As you are trusted to be the Foreign Minister to our affairs, this matter is of grave importance and must be issued immediately. The possible charges are dire in nature as they go against the very Virtues we have all sworn to uphold and protect. Magincia is the city of Humility and from the state of this once fair city and lack of leadership this issue must be addressed.

I thank you for handling this matter. I would also like Lord Scaramandine II to take a deposition, please have him contact me.

You are commanded to produce your person before the Lady Justicar of this Court and to submit any documents that tie you to the land of Magincia. You will present your self to answer questions to this body in regards to crimes against the citizens of Magincia:

"Section I: Civil Rights:

A civil right is an enforceable right or privilege, which if interfered with by another gives rise to an action for injury. Citizens have the right to obey the Lord Governor-Regent's words and decrees. No citizen shall be discriminated against because of race, sex or religion. Those guilty of violating said Civil Rights may have charges may be brought against them by the Lord/Lady Justicar and/or the Sheriff in a Court of Law."

You are also to submit any documentation proving that you have provided for your people. If you do not appear on the date of May 29th, 2008 at 9:00 PM EST at Lord British's Castle, a warrant will be issued for your arrest and further charges may be brought against you.

Thrax opened the documents and read them, then shook his head.

This is no task for an ambassador. I will talk to the Queen about it personally.
