It was also said in U.Hall that the turn-in system would be a "Community Turn-In Style" event. Where each item holds "point" values, and you can trade those points in for items.

But those of you who have LOTS of cloaks, and lots of threads, have to wait yet another publish for our goodies. I do believe, however, it will be well worth it.
