Ok this is a dumb question, but I still haven't figured it out. Where do you get power scrolls from. I'm cheap and like to get things myself instead of paying some shylock in Luna. Confused

you get them from doing champion spawn hunts in Fel. Very dangerous even when with a group of people, as they are often raided by reds.

More like, ghost cams are still very real, and there is a monopoly on champ spawns on Atlantic.

You buy them from those that have a monopoly on them. End of story. Enjoy. Sad

Or get good at pvp and join a pvp guild and spawn with em.
