after hearing about the lastest ranting of Thrax in Yew ,King Sid asked the guards why they have not arrested him yet and they told him that" Thrax was so intertaining that the people love his antics and they encourage him to carry on to the point now he that his thinking he is a King himself meanwhile they are laughing so hard I belive some of them have actaully soiled themselfs"the guard paused "My King is would be of the best interest to the kingdom to let this fool keep dancing and doing his act ,we consider him harmless except for the littering and he is providing a source of intertainment --with of course and increase in wine sales" The King sat and thought a moment well instead of removing this village idiot it would be best to let him continue to entertain the people and well wine sales are always important and the happiness of the people is always encouraged, After all every town needs one.
Once apon a time Thrax was a sane man but I always thought maybe being a product of two races would effect his mind and now I have the proof *he ponders for a moment* maybe I should send a letter to Queen Noir and let her know that Thrax has taken a turn for the worst in his health as he toss's another log on the fire and looks over the land maps of the Kingdom for a place to build another hunting lodge. |

The arrow released with haste from the elven composite bow wielded by young Kazthen, following with great accuracy to its target. The arrow sliced through the air before driving itself into the cranium of the orc scout. Kazthen glanced around, noticing the ground covered with drying blood from the past few days the Rangers have guarded the lands. The forests remained safe, for now, but for how long could such a small pack sustain this area?
Kazthen slowly walked over to the now deceased orcish corpse, the green leathery skin still dirty with the blood of the innocents he had taken. Kazthen kneeled before the corpse, and with ease, pulling the sharp arrow from the head of the orc. He placed a hand upon the orc's chest, over where the black heart of such a creature may be. Orqu ... why wage these foolish campaigns? Amin khiluva sina a' gurtha ar' thar. My bow never stops to rest, nor does my blade.
Upon returning to the encampment of Alderglen, Kazthen looked to the sparkling marble White Hall - a place of reverie for the young half-elf. Much blood had been spilled these days, and therefore much time was needed for enlightenment and harmony with Nature and Virtue. The darkness slowly crept over the lands as the King of Yew sat idly at his throne, waiting for his next shipments of ale and wine for his own wealth. When the blight of the orc rises again, who then, will the people turn to?
"The King thinks he has many at his side, and many who bow to his throne," Kazthen spoke softly, the words elegantly echoing the White Hall. "He is a foolish man, one blinded by his lust for power and dominance over the great town of Yew. None will follow him, for none have seen him in the light of day beyond his walls!"
Kazthen paused a moment, gathering himself and taming his temper. Such were not the ways of the Elven kind, but how could one resist against a harlequin King? _________________ Kazthen Ghelari
