Merci quickly writes letters to both parties having Myrddins delivered and Ceinwyns left on her throne.

Ceinwyn,
I have attached a copy of the decree made by the protectorate, formally known as the purveyors of genocide. *smirk* It seems it has become a formal decree to wipe out the Lycan population due to a few foolish bitings on the part of rogue *wolf people*. I want to assure the Umbran people, that they are safe be they Lycan or Undead, be they Elf or Human. Any Lycan hunters within the borders of Umbra will feel the cold steel of my blade. Though I worry for the innocents such as your granddaughter, Nyxy and my own children. The reward is given Dead or alive, I make no mistake in guessing that since it matters not if they live that they will kill first and never ask questions.
Yours Truly, Proud to be Lycan,
Merci

Myrddin,

As the Lycan that bestowed this blessing upon me you and I share a special connection. I have informed your mother of the new threat and decree made by the protectorate which I have attached a copy of here. I will not Myrddin be afraid, I refuse to feel any fear in this for it is foolishness. The genocide of innocent Lycans is deplorable and calls for the swift stern action. Umbra will protect its people no matter their race.
Myrddin I worry for Nyxy and my own children in this I am sure it weighs heavily on your mind as well

Merci, Proud to be Lycan

Merci,

This latest decree from the Protectorate changes nothing. Just as the lycan hunting in Papua went, so too, will this.

On that note, I just read the letter from those Ra elves. Do they think we have forgotten it was Ishtar and her husband who hunted Lycans in Papua, causing our own surge in lycan population? It stinks of hypocrisy. Decline if you haven't already.

Just as my kind keep their nature hidden outside of our borders, so too, will we have to encourage our lycans to do. It is really not such a big deal, so long as they don't change.

Shadows forbid we declare open season on those that claim to worship Virtue.

Yours,

Ceinwyn

Ceinwyn,

As ussual I agree with you completely, I have kept my dealings civil and my only concern was for Lycans within our borders as it would be for any citizen since the Protectorate has made it clear they care not for what is in our borders. I am no longer concerned myself

Yours Truly,
Merci
