Far be it for myself to question royality I do however request that you seriously rethink this decree on the possible lycanthrope threat, I do have some lore in my privert libaray on the subject it however was only a snall problem if cirtain measures are taken. Although I spend most of my time exclusivily worrying about the Tokunese Empire I do on the other hand have sources outside that sphere of responsibility, I fore see in the near future that this policy will cause tension and possible armed conflict. I suggest opening channels of communication with Umbra, I know for a fact that the lycan gift as some see it is known there maybe there is a possible cure there also?
All I ask is that this decree is thoughtout fully before implentation.

Consider your advice taken and the decree temporarily suspended for forty-eight hours. As you well know, the opinions and ideas of Protectorate loyalists weigh heavy in my decision making. Perhaps you could forward what literature you have to the Palace of Nujel'm this eve and I could have a look at them.

But, know the reason for my decree, a young girl was recently mauled by these poor-diseased creatures, this being the latest in a string of lycan violence.

Thankyou for your quick reply has I write this now a search of my extensive libaray is being made and all lore is being gathered on the subject. I will send what I can but if the information is too much for the bird to bare then I will send an invitation for you and any of your staff to come and view my collection for your pleasure, I have brought as much lore from my homelands as I could ranging from religions of different cultures, Llothian, Eilistraee, Avatarian - which the lands of Cove and Yew worrship in my homelands. To tactics of war, weapons, magics and so forth, from histories to taxation, laws of the different lands. If any of these have any interest to you feel free to mention and I will gladly extend free access to them to your scribs for copy, of course there is some topics that are warded and some of the tombs I have are dangerous to the reader.
