Dark Knight,

I leave you this note to in form you that after serious though, have decided it best to support Vaen on his decision. It was not in my interests to rebel against you from the start. Nor had I planned to. After seeing how things were going in the more Northern parts however, I began to worry. I thought it best to focus my time and efforts on Vesper. That is when Vaen approached me and spoke of his plan.

Unlike Vaen, I don't see you nor Dark Cove as a mortal enemy. I do, however, think our decision is the wiser in this case. I also would like to thank you for giving us the land with no hassle. My suggestion would be to grow tighter and stronger. For Adrien has tagged you as pure evil, and his five pointed legion (or whatever he calls it) is much too large to try and attack head on.

I will be taking my child with me as well. Braelyn isn't old enough to make a decision as large as this one, and I assume that you wouldn't be too pleased with her presence. Grigori stays on his own will, he is old enough to do what he wishes.

Perhaps in time, once your force is stronger, you can rebuild your empire. You could do like the rest and join the Protectorate. Perhaps you and Adrien could work together.
