Tarothin, Ceinwyn, and the Orc Clan,

As you are a sworn enemy, I am issuing a declaration of war from the United Alliance.

Signed,
Lady Mariah

Beowulf glared down from the walls surrounding the Dark Cove border. A messenger on horse back rode quickly towards Dark Cove.

"Vas Ort Flam, Kal Vas Flam!" The messenger fell off the horse.

Beowulf breathed deeply for a moment and shrugged it off. He watched as brigands snuck from behind the trees, looting the corpse dry.

The letter was lost.

Hours were spent, as the Orcs attempted to puzzle out the meaning of the letter. Once the original hurdle, reading what the letter even said, had been overcome, the simple meaning of the letter struck them as at least mildly obtuse.

Who were these "Riders" and what possible relations did they have to the Stormreavers? Eventually the letter ended up as most paper did for the Orcs. Bum wipes were a hard commodity to come by.

Until the Orcs had a better idea of who these people were, they would ignore such declarations. People sent and said things to the Orcs often. Why should they treat this situation any differently?
