It's #evil and is on the Stratics IRC server.
You can get IRC from http://mirc.com/
Once you get it, for the IRC server put irc.stratics.com, and the port should just be 6667. If you have problems with 6667, 6668 or 7000 also work (at least they used to).
Once you are connected to the server, just type /join #evil

The name is fairly straight forward and easy to remember, it gives us a place to get together and talk, perhaps form plots and whatnot. I miss IRC, it was a great tool for organizing stuff without having a million ICQ windows open, and an easy way to find people without having their ICQ number. To be honest, I don't care if you're evil or not or what guild you're in, if IRC becomes popular again it'd be easy for others to make guild channels.

I know nobody uses it, that's why I made the post. I liked IRC, it was damn useful.

You guys should just all use the forum chat I had installed and paid 50$ for, for 6 months.

Halister, it just crashed my browser the second I clicked on it.

I think that is further proof that people need to use IRC, it will not crash their browsers the second you open it.

It's running on Java, meaning anyone can access it from any browser (such as at school/work etc...) where IRC isn't allowed.

And it shouldn't crash your browser, I'm using it right now. Make sure to update your Java install.

Unfortunate that the money went to waste, but ARPC has more than enough OOC chat mediums as is. If I didn't say it before, a java IRC applet that points to an IRC room would be a better idea, imo.
